How do I move through the levels and earn rewards with WinzUp? +
Your WinzUp level progress is based on your real money casino betting turnover. Each time you place a bet in slots or the live casino, you fill up the progress bar towards the next level.
Does my WinzUp level expire? +
No. Your progress and levels achieved are permanent and not subject to any change.
What games contribute to the level progress in WinzUp? +
Every game you find in the Casino section of the Winz.io website (incl. Live Casino) contributes to your WinzUp level progress. Unfortunately, bets placed on Sports do not contribute to level progress.
If I play in multiple currencies, which currency do I receive my rewards in? +
Level progress has a combined value and will fill up regardless of the currency you use to play. Rewards will be paid out in each currency used to play, equivalent to their betting turnover.

While sports bets do not contribute towards Daily Rakeback or Level Up Rakeback, they are still taken into account when calculating the Weekly Cashback rewards.
What kind of rewards do I get at Level 0? +
You immediately start contributing towards the Bronze 1 Level Up Rakeback reward. Daily Rakeback and Weekly Cashback rewards are activated once you reach Bronze 1 level.
What rewards do I receive if I pass multiple levels before the calculation is made? +
Your Daily Rakeback and Weekly Cashback are calculated based on your current level at the time of accounting. If you have passed multiple levels, the rate of your latest level achieved will be applied for the entire period. Level Up Rakeback is credited immediately for each level and will accumulate for you to claim
Why do Crypto players receive an additional Level Up Rakeback boost? +
The additional Level Up Rakeback boost is made possible thanks to the many benefits of using cryptocurrencies, like fast and secure payments accompanied by low transaction fees. We encourage all players to use cryptocurrencies for playing and earning higher rewards.
Are there any wagering requirements attached to the WinzUp rewards? +
No, just like all our other bonuses and promotions, WinzUp rewards come with zero wagering requirements.
Should I constantly claim my rewards, or can they be accumulated? +
We recommend that you claim all your rewards whenever they become available, since all unclaimed rewards expire after a period of time. Daily Rakeback should be claimed within 30 days after being credited to the claimable balance. Weekly Cashback should be claimed within 7 days before the next share of cashback is calculated. Each share of Level Up Rakeback should also be claimed within 30 days.

- WinzUp is a loyalty program of Winz.io casino, which offers three rewards: Daily Rakeback, Weekly Cashback, and Level Up Rakeback.
- WinzUp consists of 20 levels, and your journey begins at level 0.
- The WinzUp progress is a sum accumulated through your wager on casino only. Sportsbook bets do not contribute to your progress in gaining new levels.
- The WinzUp levels are based on your casino wager denominated in USD according to the market exchange rates.
- The level progress is unified and will be filled, regardless of the currency you use to play.
- The progress and levels achieved are not subject to any canceling.
- The rewards are credited independently for each specific currency you use.
- All available casino games are contributing equally to the progress.
- Daily Rakeback is calculated once per day at 00:00 UTC.
- Daily Rakeback is calculated according to this formula: Your wagers x (100% - Game RTP %) x Daily Rakeback percentage.
- Daily Rakeback is calculated for wagers made on the previous day.
- Each portion of the Daily Rakeback should be claimed within 30 days after being credited to the claimable balance. After 30 days, any unclaimed Daily Rakeback reward will be canceled.
- Weekly Cashback is calculated once a week, specifically on Mondays at 00:00 UTC.
- Weekly Cashback is calculated according to this formula: ((Starting Balance + Sum of deposits + Not settled sports bets) - (Ending Balance + Sum of withdrawals + Not settled sports bets)) x Weekly Cashback percentage - Sum of other bonuses and rakebacks.
- Weekly Cashback is calculated for the previous calendar week.
- Weekly Cashback should be claimed within 7 days before the next portion of cashback is calculated, no later than 23:59 UTC on Sunday. After 7 days, any unclaimed Weekly Cashback reward will be canceled.
- Level Up Rakeback is calculated every time you reach a new WinzUp level.
- Level Up Rakeback is calculated according to this formula: Your wagers x (100% - Game RTP%) x Level Up Rakeback percentage.
- Level Up Rakeback is calculated for wagers made during the entire previous level.
- Cryptocurrency players receive a special crypto boost towards their Level Up Rakeback rate.
- Each portion of the Level Up Rakeback should be claimed within 30 days after being credited to the claimable balance. After 30 days, any unclaimed Level Up Rakeback reward will be canceled.
- The minimum amount eligible for claim in any of the rewards is $0.10 or its equivalent in other currencies. Amounts less than $0.10 will be accumulated and become available for claiming once the total amount reaches the $0.10 threshold.
- WinzUp rewards have zero wagering requirements attached.
- Accounts that are disabled, suspended or in any way not deemed active and open will not be eligible for any WinzUp rewards, such as rakeback, cashback, or level up rakeback.
- Winz.io reserves the right to amend the level requirements and rewards at any given moment.
- Winz.io reserves the right to ban players and seize any rewards who are deemed to be trying to abuse the program.
- Winz.io reserves the right to withdraw the WinzUp program at any time.
- In the event of technical issues, calculations for rewards during the previous period may be missing. If this occurs, we will re-calculate any unclaimed rewards once the technical issues have been resolved.
