Kingswin Online OÜ's Winz.io website rules
Winz.io is a trademark of Dama N.V., a company incorporated under the laws of Curaçao. Its registration number is 152125, and the registered address is Scharlooweg 39, Willemstad, Curaçao.
The Group comprises licensed entities operating in various jurisdictions. KingsWin Online OÜ is a company incorporated under the laws of Estonia, with the registration number 11535738 and a registered address at Vesivärava 50-301, Central City District, Tallinn, Harju County, Estonia. It operates under gambling licenses No. HKT000017 and HKL000425, issued by the Estonian Tax and Customs Board. Estonian residents and customers from Finland who registered after November 1, 2023, will play under the Estonian licenses granted to KingsWin Online OÜ (hereinafter referred to as "KWO").
Clients who registered before November 1, 2023, or who are from jurisdictions other than those that are restricted, will be managed by Dama N.V. This company is incorporated under the laws of Curaçao, with registration number 152125 and a registered address at Scharlooweg 39, Willemstad, Curaçao. Dama N.V. operates under Remote Gaming Licence No. OGL/2023/174/0082, issued by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board, which is authorized by the Government of Curaçao. Clients must comply with the following rules.
Kingswin Online OÜ (KWO) offers a wide selection of casino games on the Winz.io website. These games are supported by various well-known gaming service providers. All games are provided under the Kingswin Online gaming license and are regulated by the appropriate authority.
1.1.1. When opening a gambling account on the Winz.io portal, the customer must agree to and comply with these rules (hereinafter referred to as the "Rules"). By registering, both the customer and Kingswin Online OÜ (KWO) enter into a service contract based on these Terms and Conditions.
1.1.2. To begin playing, the customer must create an account by providing their email address and password. They must also confirm their age as required by law and accept the Rules and Terms of Use.
1.1.3. In Estonia, only individuals aged 21 and older are allowed to engage in gambling activities provided by KWO. In other jurisdictions where it is legally permissible, individuals who are 18 years of age or older may participate. If it is determined that an account holder is underage, all bets and winnings will be voided, and any deposited funds will be refunded, minus any reasonable expenses. The account will also be suspended.
1.1.4. Customers must provide accurate and complete personal information when registering on the website.
1.1.5. Creating multiple accounts on Winz.io is strictly forbidden. If we detect that a user has created more than one account, all related accounts will be suspended immediately.
1.1.6. Each account is personal and can only be accessed and used by the individual who registered it. Winz.io is not responsible for any unauthorized access or misuse by third parties. Customers must keep their login information confidential. If security has been compromised, the customer must inform KWO immediately.
1.1.7. Account holders from the same household or family cannot place bets on identical outcomes or combine them to bypass the rules or exceed betting limits.
1.1.8. KWO reserves the right to cancel bets if collusion or group betting is suspected.
1.1.9. Clients are prohibited from placing bets for others or using accounts that do not belong to them. KWO reserves the right to cancel such bets.
1.1.10. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their personal and contact details are accurate. KWO may request additional information to verify identity if necessary.
1.1.11. When registering, customers have the option to receive promotional emails from KWO regarding the brands operated by KWO and its partners. They can opt out of these promotional emails at any time by updating their account settings on the website, clicking the opt-out link found in the promotional email, or by contacting info@winz.io.
1.1.12. Notices sent by the customer to an email or postal address will be considered delivered immediately upon sending.
1.2.1. Clients are responsible for any taxes or fees associated with their winnings.
1.3.1. By registering, the Customer consents to the third party's identity verification processes to verify their identity and other details in accordance with data protection laws.
1.3.2. To verify your identity, you must upload a scanned copy of a valid ID card and take a real-time selfie.
1.3.3. After successful identification, the Customer will receive a confirmation email, enabling them to play for real money.
1.3.4. If identification is denied or not completed, the KWO may suspend the account. Any contributions made will be refunded, minus transaction fees.
1.4.1. KWO provides its services on an "as is" basis without any guarantees. KWO's liability for losses arising from unforeseen circumstances is limited to the average account balance over the past six months.
1.4.2. Bets may be canceled in the event of apparent errors, technical difficulties, or discrepancies in odds or payout tables. Failures in the gaming system may also result in the cancellation of bets, and any funds resulting from such failures may be forfeited.
1.4.3. KWO will not be held responsible for any losses that arise from external factors beyond its control. These factors include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, wars, civil disturbances, acts of terrorism, internet outages, or government actions. In the event of such force majeure occurrences, KWO may temporarily suspend or terminate its services without prior notice.
1.4.4. Customers who commit fraud, engage in collusion, or violate the rules may face account suspension, forfeiture of winnings, and potential legal action.
1.5.1. KWO values customer privacy and adheres to data protection regulations. All data is securely encrypted to prevent unauthorized access. Additional information is available in our Privacy Policy.
1.5.2. If the Customer wins a substantial prize, they agree to participate in a promotional event organized by KWO. While personal data is protected, KWO reserves the right to use first names and initials in promotional communications.
1.5.3. Intellectual property rights for Winz.io content are owned by KWO or its licensors. These rights do not apply to customers.
1.6.1. Accounts that have not been used in the past 12 months are classified as "inactive." To maintain the integrity and security of the platform, KWO may transfer funds from these inactive accounts.
1.6.2. If customers wish to use their inactive account later, they can contact Winz.io Customer Support to restore their positive balance.
2.1.1. Customers can manage their deposits and withdrawals using their Winz.io wallet. For a complete list of available payment methods and their details, please visit the Payment Information page on our website.
2.1.2. KWO has the authority to establish the exchange rate between EUR and other currencies, which will serve as a reference for payment limits, bonus terms, marketing materials, and other content on the website.
2.1.3. All payments must be made exclusively using financial instruments registered in the name of the Customer (credit card, bank account, e-wallet).
2.1.4. Transferring funds directly between different Winz.io accounts is not allowed.
2.1.5. All winnings will be deposited into the customer’s Winz.io account.
2.1.6. Betting with credit is not allowed. If funds are mistakenly credited to a Customer's account, Winz.io reserves the right to reverse that transaction. If the balance turns negative after this correction, the Customer must immediately repay the amount that was erroneously credited.
2.1.7. Winz.io reserves the right to restrict the number of free transactions during specific periods.
2.1.8. Credit and financial institutions may impose fees for transactions. Clients are solely responsible for adhering to these conditions.
2.1.9. KWO conducts comprehensive checks on all transactions to prevent money laundering. We may suspend accounts and withhold funds in accordance with the Money Laundering Prevention Act. Additionally, disbursements of unused funds could be subject to further controls. For more details, please refer to our Anti-Money Laundering Policy.
2.2.1. You can add funds to your Winz.io wallet using a credit card, bank transfer, e-wallet, prepaid card, or cryptocurrency.
2.2.2. The minimum deposit amount required is €10 or the equivalent amount in other currencies.
2.3.1. Withdrawals are processed using the same method as the initial deposit.
2.3.2. Winz.io may impose restrictions on withdrawals, depending on the payment method. Details can be found on the Payment Information page of the Website.
2.3.3. The minimum withdrawal amount is €20 or its equivalent in other currencies. If the Client chooses to withdraw funds without meeting the minimum withdrawal requirement, the corresponding payment system transfer fee will be deducted.
2.3.4. The KWO reserves the right to set a monthly withdrawal limit of €400 000 or its equivalent in other currencies. KWO may increase this limit for certain Customers at its discretion.
2.3.5. KWO's services are provided for strictly recreational purposes. If it is suspected that the Customer is abusing KWO's services, KWO reserves the right to impose a minimum x1 play-through requirement on the amounts deposited. If the Client decides to withdraw funds from the account without meeting the deposit play-through requirement, the corresponding payment system transfer fee will be deducted.
2.3.6. Our security checks apply to all withdrawal requests. This could occasionally result in minor delays.
2.3.7. In order to avoid delays, Customers should use the same method for withdrawals as they used for deposits and make sure that all information provided is accurate and complete.
2.3.8. For credit card payments, photos of both sides of the card are required (only the first 6 and the last 4 digits are visible, with hidden CVV code).
At Winz.io we are committed to maintaining a safe and secure gaming environment. In order to ensure the integrity of the Platform and to comply with regulatory requirements, we may from time to time require additional documentation from our Customers.

In situations where there are unusual or suspicious patterns in the account holder's activities, we may request additional documentation or information to verify the legitimacy of the Customer's activities. This is to ensure the security of our platform, to protect Clients and to comply with anti-money laundering regulations. Please read our Anti-Money Laundering Policy for more information.
If the Customer fails to provide the required documentation within 30 days of receiving notification from Winz.io, KWO reserves the right to void all winnings, refund the deposit (minus applicable fees) and suspend the account.
4.1.1. KWO occasionally offers bonuses related to its services. All offers made to the Customer are personal and intended solely for the recipient, unless otherwise stated.
4.1.2. Bonuses are limited per account, per household, per IP address and per shared computer space (e.g. office, library, university).
4.1.3. The minimum deposit required to qualify for the bonus is €20, unless otherwise stated in the terms and conditions of the specific bonus.
4.1.4. Bonus money and related winnings are not payable until all the relevant bonus conditions have been met.
4.1.5. All bonus money and associated winnings must be played through a set number of times. The wagering requirement is thirty (30) times the bonus amount, unless otherwise stated in the terms and conditions of the respective bonus.
4.1.6. The play-through requirement for bonus money and related winnings must be met within 30 days, unless otherwise stated in the terms and conditions of the bonus.
4.1.7. Customers will be able to remove the bonus before meeting the play-through requirements. Removing the bonus will cancel the bonus money and any winnings associated with the bonus.
4.1.8. Funds received in relation to an active bonus for which the bonus requirements have not been met are not payable. In order to request payment of the amount of the deposit, Customers must first remove the active bonus.
4.1.9. At the time of play-through of the bonus, the maximum wagering limit for Customers is €1 or its equivalent in other currencies per game round or bet. Exceeding this limit may result in the withdrawal of the bonus and associated winnings.
4.1.10. Different games wager different percentages to meet the play-through requirements. Breakdown of stakes for games:
4.1.11. Some games, such as games with progressive jackpots or games with accumulative bonuses, are excluded from the bonus play-through or wager at reduced rates. Customers will be informed in-game if that particular game cannot be played using bonus money.
4.1.12. Bonuses expire after a set number of days from the date of receipt, as mentioned in the applicable bonus terms and conditions. The bonus money and any related wins will be forfeited once the promotion expires and the bonus requirements are not fulfilled.
4.1.13. No bonuses will be paid out to suspended Winz.io accounts.
4.1.14. If the bonus conditions or restrictions are violated, or there is proof of a series of bets by the Customer or a group with the intent to benefit from bonuses, free spins, or other incentives, KWO reserves the right to revoke the bonus.
4.2.1. No deposit bonuses are only available to residents of Estonia.
4.2.2. Customers using one-time email addresses are not eligible for no deposit bonuses.
4.2.3. The maximum payout for a free bonus or free spins offered without a deposit is €50, or the equivalent in other currencies. Any sum in excess of this limit will not be considered. This restriction applies even after the play-through criteria has been reached, ensuring that the maximum payout amount for this no deposit bonus remains €50 or its equivalent in other currencies.
4.2.4. The Customer must have made a deposit of at least €10 or its equivalent in other currencies into his/her account before any non-deposited bonus money or winnings will be paid out.

In Estonia, the minimum age to gamble at KWO is 21. Customers in other jurisdictions must comply with the gambling age limit in their jurisdiction. KWO uses electronic age verification methods. All winnings of Customers found to be underage will be cancelled and may be reported by KWO to the relevant authorities.
By logging in, customers can access a full history of their transactions, deposits and withdrawals.
5.4.1. Customers can set daily, weekly or monthly limits:

5.4.3. In order to cancel or increase a game limit, Customers must confirm their request at least 48 hours after submitting it.
5.4.4. Changes to the gambling restriction will only come into force once the initial application has been approved.
5.5.1. Customers can set the maximum duration of their gaming session.
5.5.2. A reduction of the maximum duration or the setting of a new time limit takes effect immediately.
5.5.3. In order to cancel the time limit or to increase its maximum duration, Customers must confirm their request at least 48 hours after it is made.
5.5.4. Changes to the time limit will only take effect after the initial application has been approved.
5.6.1. Customers can choose up to a 6-month "take time off" period, during which they cannot make any deposits or play with real money.
5.6.2. The extension of the period or the introduction of a new "take time off" period will take effect immediately.
5.6.3. In order to cancel or shorten the "Take Time Off" period, Customers must confirm their request at least 7 days after it is made.
5.6.4. Changes to the "Take time off" period will only come into force once the initial request has been approved.
5.7.1. Customers can freeze their account, preventing access to their account for up to a year.
5.7.2. The introduction of a new freezing period will take effect immediately.
5.7.3. In order to cancel a cooling-off period, Customers must contact Winz.io Customer Support and confirm their decision between 7 and 14 days after the initial request.
5.7.4. Changes to the freezing period will only take effect after the initial application has been approved.
5.8.1. Estonian residents can also apply for a gambling restriction through the Estonian Tax and Customs Board (EMTA).
5.8.2. Persons on the EMTA Gambling Restricted List (HAMPI) will not be able to access KWO services until the end of the restriction period.
5.8.3. Non-Estonians are not able to set their own restrictions via HAMPI and must use the responsible gaming features available on the Winz.io Website to set their own restrictions.
If Customers identify any inaccuracies in the Responsible Gaming restrictions, they must notify KWO immediately. KWO will not be liable for bets that fall outside these limits and will not offer compensation in such cases.
In case of discrepancies or ambiguities in the interpretation of the Rules, the Estonian version shall prevail..
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their activities comply with the laws of their jurisdiction. If remote gambling is prohibited in the Customer's place of residence, the Customer may not register or use Winz.io services.
KWO reserves the right to unilaterally amend these Rules for various reasons, including, but not limited to, for legal compliance, clarification or fraud prevention. Any modifications will be communicated via the Website, giving Customers a reasonable period of time (at least two weeks) to terminate the Agreement if they do not accept the modifications. Failure to terminate the contract within this period will constitute acceptance of the changes.
If any of these Rules is held invalid or unenforceable for statutory or regulatory reasons, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
All complaints and claims must be made within 14 days of the occurrence of the problem. Complaints received after this period are not taken into account.

7.3.1. Complaints submitted to the KWO will be resolved within a reasonable period of time, but no later than two weeks. The customer will be informed of the resolution by e-mail.
7.3.2. If the complexity of the complaint or other significant factors prevent the complaint from being resolved, the Customer will be informed of the reasons for the delay and given a new expected resolution date.
If the solution offered by KWO is not satisfactory to the Customer, the Customer has the possibility to escalate the complaint to the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Surveillance Authority or the Estonian Tax and Customs Board.
