- WinzUp is a loyalty program of Winz.io casino, which offers three rewards: Daily Rakeback, Weekly Cashback, and Level Up Rakeback.
- WinzUp consists of 20 levels, and your journey begins at level 0.
- The WinzUp progress is a sum accumulated through your real-money bets on casino.
- The progress and levels achieved are not subject to any canceling.
- All available casino casino games are contributing equally to the level progress.
- Daily Rakeback is calculated once per day at 00:00 UTC.
- Daily Rakeback is calculated according to this formula: Your bets x House Edge % x Daily Rakeback percentage.
- Daily Rakeback is calculated based on casino bets placed on the previous day.
- Each portion of the Daily Rakeback should be claimed within 30 days after being credited to the claimable balance. After 30 days, any unclaimed Daily Rakeback reward will be canceled.
- Weekly Cashback is calculated once a week, specifically on Mondays at 00:00 UTC.
- Weekly Cashback is calculated according to this formula: ((Starting Balance + Sum of deposits) - (Ending Balance + Sum of withdrawals)) x Weekly Cashback percentage - Sum of other bonuses and rakebacks.
- Weekly Cashback should be claimed within 7 days before the next portion of cashback is calculated, no later than 23:59 UTC on Sunday. After 7 days, any unclaimed Weekly Cashback reward will be canceled.
- Level Up Rakeback is calculated every time you reach a new WinzUp level.
- Level Up Rakeback is calculated according to this formula: Your bets x House Edge % x Level Up Rakeback percentage.
- Level Up Rakeback is calculated based on casino bets placed throughout the entire previous level.
- Each portion of the Level Up Rakeback should be claimed within 30 days after being credited to the claimable balance. After 30 days, any unclaimed Level Up Rakeback reward will be canceled.
- The minimum amount eligible for claim in any of the rewards is €0.10 or its equivalent in other currencies. Amounts less than €0.10 will be accumulated and become available for claiming once the total amount reaches the €0.10 threshold.
- WinzUp rewards have zero wagering requirements attached.
- Accounts that are disabled, suspended or in any way not deemed active and open will not be eligible for any WinzUp rewards, such as rakeback, cashback, or level up rakeback.
- Winz.io reserves the right to amend the level requirements and rewards at any given moment.
- Winz.io reserves the right to ban players and seize any rewards who are deemed to be trying to abuse the program.
- Winz.io reserves the right to withdraw the WinzUp program at any time.
- In the event of technical issues, calculations for rewards during the previous period may be missing. If this occurs, we will re-calculate any unclaimed rewards once the technical issues have been resolved.

What rewards do I receive if I pass multiple levels before the calculation is made?
Your Daily Rakeback and Weekly Cashback are calculated based on your current level at the time of accounting. If you have passed multiple levels, the rate of your latest level achieved will be applied for the entire period. Level Up Rakeback is credited immediately for each level and will accumulate for you to claim
Are there any wagering requirements attached to the WinzUp rewards?
No, just like all our other bonuses and promotions, WinzUp rewards come with zero wagering requirements.
Should I constantly claim my rewards, or can they be accumulated?
We recommend that you claim all your rewards whenever they become available, since all unclaimed rewards expire after a period of time. Daily Rakeback should be claimed within 30 days after being credited to the claimable balance. Weekly Cashback should be claimed within 7 days before the next share of cashback is calculated. Each share of Level Up Rakeback should also be claimed within 30 days.
