As a customer, you can limit the amount of your deposits and losses on the website. You can set a limit for the period of 1, 7 or 30 days, for the amount you wish. Do you feel the need to be away from the casino for a while? You can set a specific cooling off period between 1 day and 6 months. The restriction will take effect immediately. You will not be able to deposit or play during the specified period, and you will be excluded from all promotional offers. You will receive a notification email after the specified period has expired, saying that your account is active again.
If you wish to remove the cooling off period in advance, you will have to wait for 7 days to do so from the moment you request the removal.
It is possible to set a self-exclusion from all gambling activity under the Estonian gambling license. This can be done by logging in on the e-MTA online service portal, or by sending a digitally signed application via e-mail to the Estonian Tax and Customs Board. Digital signature must be provided by method accepted in Estonia (foe. mobile ID, Smart ID, ID card).
Self-exclusion can be requested for the suitable period of time between 6 and 36 months, and will limit the access to all gambling activity. Self-exclusion can only be requested by the person who the self-exclusion will apply to.
