3. Free spins

4. Deposit Bonuses

1. All deposit bonuses must be claimed while the deposit is intact in player’s balance. If player is eligible for a bonus and mentioned bonus does not get added automatically upon depositing, player should contact Winz.io Support Team prior to placing any bet.
2. 5. No Wagering Bonuses Policy

6. Withdrawals

1. In order to make a withdrawal, a player has to connect a payment method to her / his account. At least one deposit is necessary to withdraw funds. All wagering requirements have to be fulfilled.
2. The account may be subject to security verifications prior to the first withdrawal.
3. Depositing players will be able to withdraw deposited funds as long as the bonus amount is still intact. Should the bonus expiry date be reached, both bonus and winnings generated from the bonus may be declared void.
4. Players can request for a cash bonus or deposit bonus to be removed, but along with the bonus amount, all winnings will be removed as well. Once requested, the procedure cannot be reversed.
5. 7. Miscellaneous and general

4. The use of bonus funds purely to progress through the bonus stages is prohibited. For example when bonus or cash funds are used purely to progress through the bonus stages (e.g. collecting 9 out of 10 coins to reach that bonus feature) and then final stages (e.g. playing to collect the final coin to reach 10 out of 10 coins to reach the bonus feature) completed with cash bets when bonus funds have been forfeited, lost or wagering met and converted to cash. 5. Accounts that are disabled, suspended or in any way not deemed active and open will not be eligible for any rewards, including rakeback, cashback, tournament or lottery prizes.
